Your story is painful to read and I feel you and your son have been served a great injustice. I read the transcript and even scribbled out a timeline and it is abundantly clear that your ex-girlfriend became married 22 days after being served with the paternity suit. I pray you prevail in your appeal and that you may become a part of your son's life. Your actions bear testimony of your love for you son.

Bill, I am so sorry for what you are going through. I had no idea that something like this could happen. Do not ever give up your fight, you will be rewarded with your son soon enough. As your son gets older he will grow to resent his mother for doing this to him, he needs his daddy. Please feel free to email me anytime to talk.

You are doing the right thing, and someday your son will be grateful. I had the same fight you do and things went better for me, but our sons are alive so we are both lucky men. Times are changing, never give up.

I am so sorry you are going through this. I tell you women can be so horrible. I could go on about a situation that happened to my brother!! I learned then just how EVIL other women can be. I will keep you in my prayers that you will see your son soon.

  Hi Bill,

I was wondering if you had any progress to report. I think of you often and am still so saddened by your situation.
I know how long the court process can be, and I will continue to pray for you and your son.

Hello, just today I found your webpage and I found it amazing. My husband hurts everyday because he is not allowed to see his son whom he loves. His son whose name is Emiliano is going to turn three years old this next June. Since the beginning when he first found out that there was the possibility that a girl he was dating was pregnant he started caring about him. He started flying constantly from California to Florida which is where the mother lived. When Emiliano was born he was there in the hospital waiting for him just to see him but he wasn't allowed to see him because "he wasn't part of the family" He took a DNA test to see if it was his son and he was, as soon as he found about this he went in to sign for child support. All he wants to do is see and hold his son but his mother wont let him,we currently live in Texas but will move to Florida next year. We might also go to court this March because Emiliano's mother won't let him see him. Is there any advice that you might have for him reagarding his situation I can't stand to see him hurt and cry for his son and hopefully this will soon be over, though unfortunetly I don't think so. Thank you so much for whatever advice you could give me.

I support you in all of your efforts to achieve custody of your son Caleb. A sadness fills my heart to read what you are going through as a father and I wish you all the best in your life with your child. Happy Holidays my friend. May you be able to share every future holiday with your son and be the father you so desperately wish to be.
